Nathan Ruggles is one of the contestants on the new Netflix reality dating series The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On, co-hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey. Nathan comes on the show with his girlfriend of almost three years, Lauren Pounds.

Reaching a point in their relationship where he wants to get serious or move on, Nathan issued an ultimatum to Lauren. We’ll have to watch the show to see what happens regarding their relationship and whether they make it or not.

Nathan is 30, according to Netflix’s press release. Unlike his girlfriend Lauren, Nathan doesn’t have his zodiac signs in his bio, so it’s not clear when his birthday is.

At the beginning of The Ultimatum, Nathan arrives with his girlfriend of 2 1/2 years, Lauren. Nathan gives her an ultimatum, meaning Lauren will have to decide if she is ready to marry him or if she wants to move on with someone else.

Nathan is fairly active on his Instagram @nathan_ruggles, regularly sharing photos of himself out with friends or partaking in outdoor activities like hiking, tennis and snowsports. He also has an adorable and beloved dog named Charlie who he regularly features on his page.

There are a few photos of him and Lauren together, although none are recent. Right now, Nathan only has about 800 followers, but that will probably change after more people watch the show.

Outside of The Ultimatum, Nathan works in real estate development. There aren’t many other details about his personal life available.
